Partnerships are a fairly common occurrence in the cryptocurrency industry, allowing users to expand the activities that they would’ve had with the collaborating firms individually. Kraken Exchange put out a press release to introduce the public to a new collaboration between themselves and Bnk to the Future.

With this annoucement, users are also offered a “rare, but limited opportunity” for investors of all sizes to own shares of Kraken stock.

The shares will be offered by Bnk of the Future on May 20th, where the shares will be available to registered users until June 20th. However, there is a minimum investment of $1,000 to do so. If users are interested in getting shares, they can register on the official Bnk to the Future website to make a purchase.

The platform will take the new user through the investment process as well, though the Support page will have information about the entire process, if users need guidance. In their statement, Kraken explained that they are going to “continue to look for ways to democratize access to our equity, allowing more of our valued clients to become valued investors.”

Bnk to the Future is a platform that allows consumers to invest in fintech companies and other financial products.

So far, there has been over 23,000 BTC invested in the projects that they collaborate with, spread amongst 72,177 investors. The company uses bank-level security to protect investments made by users, while supporting the top 25 currencies, as well as 35 “alternative currencies,” which includes Bitcoin and Ethereum.
